I sometimes take an object and draw it in different ways over time. A fellow studio holder loaned me an old angle poise lamp. I liked the striking lines and the round bowl of the lamp, and its shape-changing qualities. They are complex objects and paring them down to the simplest of lines and shapes can sometimes be a challenge.
